many forms) collected over the years...
The very first Lone Pine Chess Tournament
Book produced as a labor of love in 1972...
The signatures of the chess fans that made the
1972 Lone Pine Chess Tournament Book possible.
They are listed from top to bottom respectively...
Note: This book was Privately Printed -- Wayne R.
Smith was the graphic artist & all of the others made
valuable contributions to completion (collecting the
game scores, transcribing all the scoresheets, etc.)...
The Lone Pine Tournament Book produced
in 1975 (one of three color covers produced).
The "Owens Valley Progress-Citizen" a newspaper publication
(April 17, '75) featuring the Lone Pine Chess Tournament with
twenty-three Grandmasters participating!
